Can all hydrogen supply sources be used?
-
The hydrogen used must have a purity of 99.9% or higher, and all cylinders used to store hydrogen must be purged of air before being filled with hydrogen. For details, please refer to the purge guide.
To ensure product longevity, the use of 99.999% hydrogen is recommended.
-
Does the output voltage change under load?
-
At loads up to a maximum of 2.4 kW, the output voltage remains approximately ~50 V.
When the power draw exceeds 2.4 kW, the output voltage drops to the hybrid battery voltage, and power from the fuel cell and the battery is combined.
Once the load decreases below 2.4 kW, the output voltage rises back to approximately ~50 V
-
Can the 2.4 kW fuel cell power module be used in rainy conditions?
-
No. The PCB is not conformally coated, and liquid water can block the open cathode channels.
The fuel cell power module does not have an IP rating.
-
How to Check the Remaining Charge of the Battery Connected to the Fuel Cell
-
When connected to a DC load, turning on the circuit breaker and powering on the DC load allows the battery’s state of charge to be checked.
* Unless special test equipment is used, it is difficult to separately measure the voltage output from the battery and the fuel cell.
-
What is the recommended load mode during testing?
-
Operate in CC or CV mode, with CC mode recommended.
-
When does the fuel cell temporarily stop operating?
-
1. When hydrogen supply pressure is high
2. When hydrogen supply pressure is low
3. When battery voltage is low
4. When intake air temperature is high / low
5. When exhaust temperature is high
6. Stack overcurrent, overvoltage, or undervoltage
7. Cell voltage drop
